We have an extra big helping of new plamo arrivals this week, including some kits we missed last week! Bandai presents new Kyoukai Senki, popular Xenoblade and Muv-Luv mechs return, an electrifying new Granzort is here – and much more! See them all below, and get your orders in before they’re gone!
If any kits in this post are backordered when you read this, don’t worry — Bandai is great about restocking periodically. But, you’ll want to get your order in to secure a spot in line for the next restock!
The mysterious Brady Phantom from the second part of “Kyoukai Senki” joins the HG model-kit lineup from Bandai! It’s armed with a pair of gauntlets and two swords; the gauntlet claws are movable. Two types of interchangeable hands are included, too.
The massively powerful Siren plastic model kit from “Xenoblade Chronicles 2” is back thanks to Kotobukiya! Its static state or firing state can be reproduced by swapping out an arm; a flying base is included to display it aloft. Its feathers and rings are made with PET resin for brilliant color; the kit is molded partly in color, and its face is fully painted. Decals are also provided.
From “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z” comes a MODEROID plastic model of the Z combination of the Shinkalion Z E7 Kagayaki and the Zyliner E353 Azusa, the Shinkalion Z E7 Azusa! The model comes with the High Voltage Axe and Azusa Axe and features a high level of articulation, making it easy to create a variety of poses. The High Voltage Axe and Azusa Axe can be combined to create the Azusa High Voltage Axe. The kit includes colored runners, pre-painted parts and stickers, so all it takes is a simple assembly to recreate the mecha from the series.
The Hundred Edge Alma, an enhanced version of the Hundred Edge with additional armor and weapons, is now ready for order! Some of the main body parts have been changed in color for a more heroic look; this first limited edition comes with three clear runners in addition to the standard smoke gray runners. Of course, since it’s molded in seven different colors, you can achieve a result very close to the character image simply by assembling without the need for paint if you like. It also snaps together so glue isn’t necessary. Its joints have a wide range of motion for various action poses, too. After assembly, it transforms from its humanoid form to its beast form with ease!
The European Union’s flagship third-generation mech, the EF-2000 Typhoon, comes with its characteristic Mk-57 Company Support Cannon, which can be deployed without parts replacement with its bipod; the mech’s wide range of movement makes it possible to even reproduce the prone posture for long-distance shooting! The kit is molded in color and partially painted, so you can achieve a result very similar to the box art by assembly; decals are also included! It comes with the Mk-57 Company Support Cannon, two GWS-9 Assault Gunsd, and two BWS-8 Flugelberte. It’s also compatible with various flying bases (not included, sold separately) for in-flight display.
Kotobukiya’s outstanding model kit of the Shiranui Type 2 Phase 3 XFJ-01a Yuuya Custom from “Muv-Luv Alternative Total Eclipse” is back! The Phase 3 is the final evolution of the Shiranui Type 2 in the game, and is the fruit of the Japan-U.S. joint new tactical mecha development project known as the XFJ Plan. The model number on its chest is mad with tampo printing and the head is pre-painted, so you can get a result very close to that shown on the box art just by assembling the kit. It’s also compatible with various flying bases (sold separately, not included) for mid-air display.
The Super Granzort from “Mado King Granzort” gets a new plastic model kit from Tron Model-Kit and Dragonhorse! Their interpretation of this mighty robot includes original details everywhere, a wide range of motion thanks to extensive jointing, and transformability from Face Mode to Battle Mode!
From “SSSS.DYNAZENON” comes a rerelease plastic model kit of Dynazenon that’s true to its appearance from the anime! The four mecha forms can be recreated with the use of interchangeable parts and the Dyna Soldier can be combined with the three other ones. Don’t forget about the Dyna Saber that boasts semi-translucent parts for an awesome look.
Say hello to the XIAOT x IRON ROARS Super Maneuver Armored Walker C.A.T. plastic model kit! This ninja kitty sports a plethora of weapons, like a katana and full-out claws!
The Venus Wars
The battle monobike “Hound” that comes with a figure of the main character Hiro from the classic sci-fi manga “The Venus Wars” is back! The figure was sculpted by Hiroki Hayashi, and is made of resin, which is ideal for capturing precise details in small scale figures. In addition to the markings on the main body of HOUND, decals are also included for Hiro’s eyes and emblem so you won’t have to worry about painting the small details.
30 Minutes Sisters
Here’s a set of summer-themed optional body parts for your 30MS (30Minutes Sisters) figure model kits from Bandai! These parts are equipped with the 3mm joint common to 30MS figures, so you can swap and exchange these parts with your 30MS figures to give them a refreshing new look for summertime!
Give your favorite 30MS (30Minutes Sisters) figures a refresh with these optional parts! This set is in the same color as 30MS SIS-5G00 Richetta (Color A) (sold separately). Expressive hand parts are included, as are arms and legs; two types of neck parts are included so she’ll be able to move her head side to side, or backward and forward! Unpainted face parts are also included so you can create your own custom facial expressions.
These “30MS” (30Minutes Sisters) water-transfer decals are just what you’ve been waiting for! You can make your own facial expressions, and lots of general-purpose marks are included for her armor and weapons too.
Charmander is now part of Bandai’s “Pokemon Plamo Collection Quick!!” model-kit lineup! He’s easy and fun to assemble, with pre-colored parts that can be removed from the sprues by hand. Stickers are included for his markings.
