New Plamo Arrivals For June 11, 2021

This week’s new plamo kits are limited in number, but not in quality! We’ve got five kits from Bandai this week in the lines of 30 Minutes Missions, Ultraman, Super Robot Wars, and 86. Plus, Hobby Japan offers an improved version of a previously-released mecha kit! Check out all the details below.

30 Minutes Missions

1/144 30MM bEXM-15 Porta Nova (Space Specification) (Dark Purple) [Get it here!]

The 30MM bEXM-15 Porta Nova in space specification is back in a sleek, dark purple! New waist parts increase expandability of the unit.

86 -Eighty Six-

1/148 HG Juggernaut (Long-Range Artillery Specification) [Get it here!]

The long-range artillery version of the Juggernaut from the upcoming anime “86 -Eighty Six-” gets a 1/48-scale Hi Grade kit release from Bandai! Highly detailed, it includes movable parts, and is equipped with its standard long-range smoothbore gun, with a barrel length of about 25cm (the barrel can fold). A heavy machine gun is included, as is a scavenger support vehicle and figures of Shin and Lena.

Ultraman

Figure-Rise Standard Ultraman Suit Tiga Sky Type -Action- [Get it here!]

From the Figure-Rise Standard series of action figure kits by Bandai comes Tiga Suit Sky Type from “Ultraman Suit Another Universe”! 

The thrusters on his legs are posable after assembly, and his abdomen and neck feature a wide range of motion as part of the “Action” lineup. Thanks to this superb articulation, you can easily pose Tiga showing off his Zeperion Beam attack, or any number of action poses you can think of! The Zeperion Spear is also included, and has been recreated with clear parts. Equip his chest with an LED unit (sold separately) and you can illuminate the suit’s chest and eyes.

Super Robot Wars

To celebrate 30 years of “Super Robot Wars” the Cyberstar joins Bandai’s HG series! It features an incredible range of motion and articulation, allowing for the best poses to be displayed! It can be displayed in different forms and comes with both the Dis-Cutter and the High Familiar, as well as two pedestals for the High Familiar.

Hobby Japan Mecha

Exclair Rollout White Ver. [Get it here!]

This plastic model kit collab by Hobby Japan features the Exclair Rollout in white! The body of the Exclair has adopted a new color based on a white theme, and the joints have been adjusted by changing up the molding material. Some of the parts have been updated from the first production version to the this version, evolving it to meet expectations of veteran modelers. His original gatling gun weapon is included! This is a must-have product for robot plastic kit fans!

  1. Definitely going to get the Cybuster, but I’m also curious about the Exclair – I’ve never seen it before, but it looks cool!
