Gunpla TV – HGAC Gundam Sandrock

Today’s review features the new Gundam Sandrock, the first release of Quatre Raberba Winner’s Gundam from the original “Wing” series in more years than we can count. As the resident “Gundam Wing” nerd, Anna makes a rare appearance to show off the kit in depth.

In this episode:
1/144 HGAC Gundam Sandrock & Gundam Breaker Mobile Product Code Set
1/100 Gundam Sandrock Custom

Level 75 Marketing Mage. Editor, admin, and occasional code monkey. Stand User in her free time. Though she does build kits when time allows, time doesn't allow often. Her favorite lines are Hasegawa's Mechatro WeGo line, Meng's World War Toons Pinky line, and weird miscellany like Platz's bonsai tree kits. In general, if it's a detailed miniature that's too small to be useful for anything other than taking up space, she'll probably love it.

  1. Sandrock looks great! I personally prefer the Endless Waltz design, but this one does bring back memories of the Gundam Wing series from my childhood!

  2. The weapon limitation is common in Gundam Wing, even in games like Super Robot Wars have a max of 3 attacks.

  10. I’m still waiting for Sunrise to make an SD anime series where the main Gundam suits from Wing form a boy band and drama happens when old member Wing Zero forms the rival OZ group.

  11. A good job reviewing the Sand Rock, keep doing this and I think it will be better than the main “show”
I had the Super Nova version of this but I used it for parts.

  12. I honestly keep forgetting the Sandrock exists, I blame Bandai not putting out as many as the other kits.

    • That wholly depends on whether Bandai continues releasing kits I know anything about :’)
