Gunpla TV – Evangelion Vertical Take-off and Landing Aircraft

The Vertical Take-off and Landing Aircraft YAGR-N101 from “EVANGELION:3.0 YOU CAN (NOT) REDO” joins Kotobukiya’s plastic model series in a 1/100 scale!

This model kit recreates the look of this unique vehicle with an excellent sculpt that captures every detail. Not only is the rivet mold of this aircraft’s exterior finely recreated, the different markings such as NERV that can be found on this aircraft are also included in this model kit as decals. A specially-designed flying base is also included to display the YAGR-N101 in flight. Furthermore, this aircraft has the same wing articulation seen in movies for users to display in take-off, landing, or flight configurations.

Watch to see closer look at an unpainted version of the built kit!

Level 75 Marketing Mage. Editor, admin, and occasional code monkey. Stand User in her free time. Though she does build kits when time allows, time doesn't allow often. Her favorite lines are Hasegawa's Mechatro WeGo line, Meng's World War Toons Pinky line, and weird miscellany like Platz's bonsai tree kits. In general, if it's a detailed miniature that's too small to be useful for anything other than taking up space, she'll probably love it.

  1. Such a simple kit, I’d assume it was priced accordingly… Huh. Guess not.

Also, the link needs fixing. It 404s right now.

  4. Pretty neat kit, wish there wasn’t so much painting involved though, haha! The finished product does look really nice though, although I doubt I’d be able to get it looking that great with my painting skills… 😛
