More of the Transformer plastic model kit, more of the Hasegawa Raptor, and more of Ryan’s corny jokes. It’s Gunpla TV’s 46th episode!
In this episode:
– 1/144 RG MS-06F Zaku II
– 1/48 F-22 Raptor Idolmaster Haruka Amami
– Tamiya Weathering sets
– Vallejo Paints!
– Takara Tomy Transformers Bumble Bee

The MS-06F Zaku II is one of the most impressive mobile suits for its design as it is simple and the mixture see various facets of the wars in history from the armor of the soldiers of ancient Rome, with a touch of design German World War II, making it one of my favorites, and I am happy that it is in 1 / 144 RG, and be able to add it to my collection, especially by the great detail you have, because if varies with version of Chars.
The BumbleBee is showing a more detailed models I’ve seen.

Why didn’t you put a link to the Bumble Bee Model?

when will the gunpla sale end?
Dan
Hi guys,
Great video, the transformer kit looks interesting. Very different than the gundam kits I am used to. I have seen some posts online were the person would put a clear gloss coat then a flat clear coat over that on their models. My question is why would they do that? The clear flat coat just negates what the gloss coat does, making it shiny. Why not just do two or three flat coats?
And would it be possible for Syd to demo using putty? Filling in gouge marks and smoothing/sanding it. Getting too excited with a hobby knife and gouging the plastic doesn’t make the model look any better.
Thanks!!!

@ Dan, if you are going to do decals or panel lines then it’s good to put the gloss coat on first even if you are going to finish it with a flat coat.

Yeah , a small segment on using putty might come in useful… hmmm the bumblebee kit looks tempting …. =)
