Gunpla TV – Episode 35 – Building a Kotobukiya Hoi Hoi San Kit!

It’s not a giant fighting robot, but it is a tiny fighting robot. Hoi Hoi San kits are based on the tiny insect exterminators capturing the  world’s attention. Check out the 10 minute OVA. Kotobukiya did a great job recreating the look of those cute little death machines in a scale model form.

In this episode:
1/1 Hoi Hoi-san
1/1 Combat-san Tactical Suit Version
1/144 RG GAT-X105 Aile Strike Gundam
1/8 MG figurerise Kamen Rider 000 TaToBa

  1. You know, it’s a silly little accessory and I don’t think HLJ carries it, but one of the Hoihoi accessories I thought was really cool was her “charging cradle”. It looks like a little USB dock and Hoihoi can stand in it to “recharge”…

  2. I’d like to see you guys do a comparison of a 2.0 MG to the first MG of a kit.

answer my comment on ep 34 if possible.

  3. Do you guys still sell some decal solution or paint ? can’t find any in your site anymore…

  4. can’t wait for the RG alie strike review next week.

  5. I can’t wait to my RG Aile Strike!
It’s been paid for and its ready for shipping! 🙂
Paid 200 more for shipping apparently, but thats ok ^^

Looking forward to see the Thousand Sunny.

By the by, Hoi Hoi sans Ahoge (Her curl sticking out of the head) is stable when assembled correctly?

  6. Just finished reading the manga about Hoi Hoi san and friends, so good.
I want a Chogokin of Hoi Hoi now. Haven’t got shipping for UK yet at HLJ.com. Am I still elligible to pre-order her? 😛

    I’m a sucker for Gundams and robot girls (Drossel etc ) ^^;

    • @SavviMaple there should be no issues with shipping to the UK in any shape or form!

  7. I can’t wait for that RG Strike! Get on it, Syd!
