Yeah men I’m going to panel line it, with brown gundam marker, the store here does not have a black one,, I’m thinking enamel wash but it kind a expensive men, there’s brush to buy and thinner that’s why I have no choice but 2 buy the brown one 🙂
I know, right? This hobby has set me back at least $400 this year…but it’s so fun! Bandai still hasn’t made any MG from the X series or a Tallgeese III, so if all of that is next year…I’ll be broke. x)
Interesting. Have you ever thought about kitbashing the 1/100 V2 with the MG Victory Ver. Ka? If you don’t care about the assault, buster, or assault-buster, it should be an easy enough modification. 🙂
I don’t know. I don’t have any experience on kitbashing lol, and from what I know from building the MG victory, I don’t think it’ll be easy. It’s really a flimsy kit with lots of moving parts.
The Cherudim Gundam Designer’s Color Verrsion is a no grade. Thus, its LED isn’t meant to fit in MGs. I would just buy the two-pack green ones from HLJ to save yourself the trouble of modification (especially if you want it to fit properly in Cherudim, should you decide that).
Sounds good, man! How are you liking the build so far? I’ve always been interested in the Wing Zero Custom, but have always opted to buy others whenever I can. :/
The build is good. A sturdy kit IMO, and it also comes with a base. If you’ve built the wing ver. ka/EW before it’s 80% the same, with the difference being the wings, rifles, and some parts on the arms. The downside is, since it’s a 2004 kit the old MG hands kinda sucks holding the rifle (based on wing EW that I’ve built) since it doesn’t have pegs.

I’m also doing it for fun, so think of it this way: you want to challenge yourself and see how you’ll stack up with everyone else! Don’t worry about how everyone else is doing, because all that matters is a final product you’re proud of. Best of luck! 😀

Aww man. :/ Well, think of it this way: model-building isn’t as looked down upon as collecting action figures in most societies. People are more impressed by something you can build, rather than something you can simply buy in its finished form.
Also, I haven’t been sold on the lacquer paints either. I’m an avid user of enamel paints, since they…[Read more]
Color is already complete, same goes with the Carbon fiber decal part. Now I still thinking should I mask and spray the ‘M-power’ logo or do a custom decal… >.<
Thank you very much… 🙂
It’s all right. 🙂 I was thinking of making the 3.0 hands smaller, but’s a lot of unnecessary work that would probably diminish the usefulness of their design. Just for kicks, I put sticky putty in to connect the 3.0 joint to the hand and well…it looks terrible. 😛

I wish… All we have are non-brand automotive/painting/tool washing kind. The heavy duty stuff. Model builders in our country are roughly measured by around 1 per mil compared to “normal people”. Sadly enough, when a few years back my girlfriend was asked what she does in her spare time almost everyone repeated “Modelling?”. We live in a world…[Read more]

If I understand correctly, X2 and al of the Crossbone GunPla in general are about the same suze as the Victory/F91 Gundams so I’d say that the 3.0 hands would be too large for it. Some say they are too large for the 3.0 itself but you can give it a go, see how it fits. Ad for the fighter planes, her brother’s into them. 😀 I even offered to help…[Read more]

By we I mean my girlfriend and myself as we do F1 kits together. It’s her thing but I’m giving a helping hand in painting and decaling when she’s stuck.
