So quick question here, I have an MG cherudim gundam designers colour version, and I want to fit the LED that comes with it into the nu gundam ver ka and it won’t fit. Is there anyway I can modify it or do I have to buy a new one?

  The Cherudim Gundam Designer’s Color Verrsion is a no grade. Thus, its LED isn’t meant to fit in MGs. I would just buy the two-pack green ones from HLJ to save yourself the trouble of modification (especially if you want it to fit properly in Cherudim, should you decide that).

  the LED units are pretty simple devices no circuit boards or anything just a couple of wires and contacts so yes you could modify them to fit just about anything or build one entirely from scratch but as said the simpler option would be to just buy the led that fits. those led’s are something Bandai seems to want to push they’ve been used in a number of MG kits already and likely will be used for a MG kits in the foreseeable future, so when you get bored of lighting Nu gundam you can just pop it back out and drop it into your next kit.
