Gunpla TV – Gundam Factory Yokohama

In this special episode, Todd and Dave take a trip out to Yokohama, Japan to check out the brand spankin’ new 1/1 scale RX-78 Gundam! This version differs from the original 1/1 statue in that it can actually move, and even has an all-new design!

If you’re curious just how this thing can move or how it looks, you’ll definitely want to check this one out. We also paid the cash to go up the gantry to get a closer look and were able to watch its movement up close. You won’t want to miss this episode!

Level 75 Marketing Mage. Editor, admin, and occasional code monkey. Stand User in her free time. Though she does build kits when time allows, time doesn't allow often. Her favorite lines are Hasegawa's Mechatro WeGo line, Meng's World War Toons Pinky line, and weird miscellany like Platz's bonsai tree kits. In general, if it's a detailed miniature that's too small to be useful for anything other than taking up space, she'll probably love it.

  1. Thanks so much for doing this! Best video I’ve seen of this so far, really appreciate you showing us so much of it, especially since a lot of us won’t be able to see it in person. Great views and a great e-experience! I’ll be happy to settle for Odaiba’s Unicorn Gundam when we’re eventually allowed to come visit!

  2. Thanks for sharing this guys, but Todd, get a tighter mask so it stops slipping. And maybe get a few hundred more of those Haro Popcorn holders for resale…? Maybe…?

  6. Awesome video. The movement must be really slow as I can see you speed up the video. I was hoping to see Todd & Dave end the day enjoying noddles at the Cup Noddle Museum nearby.
