Q/A & Help Group 9 years, 6 months ago Hey everyone, I’ve gotten these little ticket-like things with three kits now (from left to right; MG Aile Strike RM, HGUC Banshee Norn UM , HGUC FA Unicorn UM) and don’t really know what they are for.
From my limited Japanese I think that they are some sort of contact information for Bandai, but I’m not 100% on that.
Any explanation would be helpful, it isn’t a pressing issue but I’m quite curious to know what it is for.

It looks like Bandai is asking you to take a product survey. You can go to the website by the web address given or use the QR code with your phone to take it. The writing at the top is:

Also this part:
