Just a question here, how do I paint on the sleeve details using Tamiya spray cans?

    • I guess you mean the sleeves on a Sinanju or similar suits.
If planning on using a pray can for both colors, you have to mask as the Tamiya spray cans are lacquer based paints. So wiping of the second color sprayed on isn’t a option. This is because you need a lacquer thinner which will take off the first layer of paint too. And might even eat through the plastic.
You could spray the first color on really thick, not at once, but multiple layers. Then the second layer on top of that and use a p1000 sandpaper to sand away the top layer on the upper lines of the sleeves.
      But no success guaranteed…..

If by any chance you could get your hands on some enamel paint for the second coat, you could try something that is known as a reversed wash technique. Being it a spray can enamel or bottle with paint.
The lather you have to brush on, the first you could spray it on.
Then you can, once the enamel has dried, use a cotton swap damped with enamel thinner to take of the paint on the top lines of the sleeves, leaving the paint from the Tamiya can intact.
So for example, you want gold lines on a black underground.
First spray on the Tamiya Gold spray can, let it dry. Then paint or spray on the enamel black. Then wipe off the black as described earlier.
Hope this answers your question. Good luck and happy building
