1/100 NSG-Z0/D Magatsuki Limited Edition by Kotobukiya (Available From HobbyLink Japan – HLJ.com)
The 1/100 Magatsuki is one of the latest items from the Frame Arms line from Kotobukiya. Let’s see how this Durga twin works!
Similar cover design to Durga. Always fun to see some plates and the frame.
The box is around the same as an old school Master Grade.
Cool side art, where you can seethe price of 4700 JPY, which is higher than Durga. But 20% off at HLJ.com will surely help!
As you’d expect, the armor can be attached as you like.
When you crack open the box, the typical 2-layer packing makes everything nice and easy.
A nicely printed manual, really liking the art!
For the highlight plates, we’ve got extra clear parts, and the same in clear blue. The silver blades look quite nice.
All the plates shown in alphabetical order.
For some final thoughts, this is definitely the perfect match for Durga, as a combination of eastern Samurai and western knight. As we already saw in the review of Durga, this kit has a lot of variations in customizing the armors. Will there be any collaborations between the two? I’m excited to find out! Thanks for reading.
