Level 75 Marketing Mage. Editor, admin, and occasional code monkey. Stand User in her free time. Though she does build kits when time allows, time doesn't allow often. Her favorite lines are Hasegawa's Mechatro WeGo line, Meng's World War Toons Pinky line, and weird miscellany like Platz's bonsai tree kits. In general, if it's a detailed miniature that's too small to be useful for anything other than taking up space, she'll probably love it.

  2. This really brings back such memories for me! The v1 MG Alex was one of the very first MG kits I ever built, I just loved the Chobham armor gimmick and the hidden gatling guns! Not sure if I’ll get this kit since I’ve got the original, but if I have any spare change (unlikely, given everything else that I’m planning to get!), I’d love to pick this one up!!

  5. Wrist-mounted gatlings are one of my favourite gundam gimmicks. I was very unhappy with the Super Fuminas making them non-functional.

  10. I don’t like the armored version at all. I get it tries to be a kind of realistic design, but to me it’s just ugly. Sorry Alex!
