My advice to anyone who is going to use water slides on the Destiny: Bring plenty of patience and decal softener. I have been finding great luck with white vinegar. There are TONS of panel lines and hard edges that the decals sit right over, on just the wings alone. Hopefully i’ll have these decals done today

  I used the provided stickers when I built my Destiny but it took me over an hour to decal the wings alone.

  i just got my water slides in the mail last week. ive been putting it off for a while now hahaah i put the stickers on and it wasnt exactly fun, the wings… oh the wings… they drove me crazy! i ended up cutting the stickers, laying each piece on the plastic… rather than lay it across the gaps. it came out looking really nice. problem was i figured that out about two sides of the wings too late, so some where laying over the gaps and looked weird. i found the decals ordered them… tore off all the stickers. cleaned my parts up, relined the model. now… just procrastinating on the water slides hahaha
