Missing Piece Group 8 years, 10 months ago i hope anyone here can help me out because there really hasn’t been anyone out there that has been much help lately about this. I tried using a parts replacement service but that isn’t working and any of my friends in facebook keep telling me that they can’t help me. I need certain parts for kits that I am working on or plan to work on very soon. I need both shoulder of the Zabanya Gundam, the shield-to-arm connection for the Leons’s Arms Astray PMC Custom, the clear head piece of the reborns gundam and one of the tiny thruster parts for the FA Gundam (Thunderbolt). Please guys help me out. I posted pictures of the instruction booklet of the parts I need.

Is this replacing parts that have broken? You can try ordering through gentei parts once they’re back up.
If that doesn’t work and if you know someone in Japan and mailed the parts replacement form from the manual to them, you can order replacement parts through that person.
the one for the astray got chewed by my dog, the one for the FA Gundam got stolen, the shoulders of the zabanya got smashed when I moved out of Phoenix, AZ and the clear part of the reborns was lost when I first started the building my kits.
How does a piece get stolen? Seems a bit odd to me but if you wait until parts.genteikits.com is back up you can just order any replacement parts off them.
answer to that is that once I finished building the kit I put it up for a local contest and when I went back for it, the kit was disassembled into its body parts and one of the thruster parts was missing, as well as the little comic that I left inside the box that was below the kit.
Well that is just horrible, sorry to hear about it. Hopefully you’ll be able to fix up your kits in no time.
