What just arrived from HLJ?? 9 years, 2 months ago Here’s some of my private warehouse. Thought I’d clean some out before xmas. Some will be gifts but the PG kits are for me. But I was really dumb and didn’t check the New Zealand customs info. $400 and under including shipping GST free. Over you have to pay. I didn’t check and customs held it for a week and I had to pay a bucket load of tax. Well lesson learned no more big shipments. I cant wait to build them and my valvrave and sazabi ver. ka when I decide to ship those.

Nice, i have been looking at the Red Frame PG myself. Think that will be my first one when i get around to getting one 🙂
NZ customs is bad but the worst part is they don’t inform you that they are holding your stuff. They hit me a while back and it took about 2-3 weeks to get it out of there.
I’m still considering getting a PG but it would probably have to wait for my big list of wanted MGs first :P.
do they only hold on the PG kits? I have yet to have one of my shippment put on hold so , if you could share more info on that would be great 🙂
Customs only held onto the entire shipment because it totaled more than $400. It took a week for them to send me a letter in the mail saying they were holding it. Then buy the time I got a customs broker involved and payed the tax. So if you keep your shipments, whatever they are. under $400 including shipping you will have no problems with customs.
ah okay cheers I will keep that in mind and keep all my shippments below $400, I actually had no idea customs would do something like that, and I have been rather lucky my last shippment was only $300 other wise I would be cursing and wondering where my ver.ka sazabi went.
