Doing another update on RG Zeta Gundam. Head done! Chest Done! Starting to work on the arms, I decided that I didn’t want to use the gold foil stickers, so I pulled out the Tamiya gold.
Hey man! good progress in work. I have a Zeta has also mounted. And I had the same idea as you, and I used Gundam Marker Gold instead of tamiya paint.
Had some trouble assembling the chest? Almost break a piece of the inner frame him. Suffered. kkkk
I have built the HGUC Zeta and this is looking very nice. I have never built a RG before do you like the inner frame style for the smaller kits? Looking forward to seeing it completed.
The RG line would have to be my favourite out of them all! I love the 1:144 scale, and the inner frames are great. They allow for some dynamic poses and a very solid feeling kit.
For a cleaner circle you can put some rubbing alcohol (I use 70% alcohol) on that q tip and run it over the raised edge! Carefully mind you 😛 you don’t want to take off the pint on the inside!
Some good advice, although I ended up just doing some manual touch ups with a toothpick. The paint was still wet, so it was easy to manipulate it and get an effect that I wanted. I’ll upload some pictures of the finished product later.

lol, I know that feel. The inner frame on this is unlike anything else I’ve built. It’s really, really complex. However, it is a fun build.
Really. I also enjoyed it finished. But I admit, I spent most of the time putting the stickers …. my goodness, are many. And tiny! kkk
