It’s been a while since my last post…
For this time, a Macross Custom Kit, for my first of 3 Macross Zéro customs in 48th scale.
This time, an OAV2 custom : HH-60H from Asuka II, wich landed on the beach near the village.
A diorama will be done later, I still don’t know if I will do the beach or the desk of Asuka II…
I had some bad issues with this kit (48th Skunk Models) as the clear parts are VERY VERY thin, that’s cool, but the front windshield broke when I was removing the liquid mask… I had to make a clear part by myself, I hate doing this when I don’t want to…
The rest of the kit is quite good, with almost good detail, the photoetched detail parts for the cockpit are necessary… but the cabin need a bit of detail-up if yu want to put other stuff that cargo crates in it !
The camo is an overall light ghost gray scheme, with deliberated very light inscriptions, and visible dark gray UN custom markings
