Hai guys, I’ve just decided to take the plunge and get my first MG!
But…

Would the MG Astray Red Frame Kai make for a good first MG? I’ve built many RGs and HGs in the past, but the thought of an MG just scares me >_<

  MGs arent difficult to build at all, follow the instructions like any other kit. I used to build HGs and RGs only because I wanted to stick to one scale. Decided to give the MG Zaku II 2.0 a go. Havent built an HG since then, MG is amazing. Go for it.

  not gunna lie sometimes rg is on the same level as mg in my opinion its just bigger so u should be fine

  You probably got your MG already, but in case you haven’t…If you watch gundam It would be more enjoyable to pick the protagonist suit and build that. That way even if it seems like you mess up a little, the excitement of seeing it come to life will make you persevere through.

  One of the MG’s I built that I enjoyed the most so far was the Infinite Justice Gundam. But I agree with Wolf that’s how I got back into this hobby lol
