This is my little HG 1:144 Exia that I have completed just recently.
I have been practicing masking and the white lines came out a little messy. But it was a fun build. And am…
I went through my old collection and thought I would do a reshoot of one of my older kits.
This is the 1:100 HG wind Zero. It was great for its day. Even though the engineering doesn’t match up to today’s standards. Still I like it and this was completely hand painted
This is a Linebarrels of Iron I have just completed. I wanted to make it look like it has gotten dirty from a city fight, I liked it and was happy with how it came out, and…
it lñooks awesome, I´m a big fan of the dirty grungy looking kits, they look like they have seen action, gives them a story to tell, instead of the factory clean looking models, where they look brand new, unsed and boring, congratulations, this in my opinion is an awesome job.
Thanks for the complements.
When I make a kits I try and think of where they have been and what type of action they may of seen. Or what there environment might be like. I rarely use metallic colours in my models, because in the real world they are painted to stop rust. Which I used pictures of real world items to influence the painting of this…[Read more]
Nicely done. Working on the Appearel Kit atm. And hopefully manage to finish it soon. Have some pics at the work in progress group. Average show, but nice design.

thanks for agreeing. I have always found weathering is telling a story of what has happened. And one thing I read recently if you want to show it look like it has had repairs in the workshop. You can add parts that look brand new as if or replacement. I do admit I want to try that one day.
And thanks for the complement and hope to see your build soon
If you really want to think out of the box and have a repaired old battlesuit, you should add parts in a different color, as if there where picked from stock without the final painting. And as gimmic add a handpainted stockpile nr. (I like the actual part no and runner code) I will show you, what I mean..
This is my latest build. It was part if the Gundam Builders Australia no paint build except for clear coats. All I used was Tamiya Weathering Masters and Panel line wash and…
The PG Unicorn sounds nice, but it can wait for a while as I have bit of a backlog. But for the LED units I don’t think I will if and when I get the PG. It sounds like it will look good. But for the amount of […]
