Gotta love Bandai for throwing some low key rep out for fans of the 08th MS Team. The design of that new HG local type gundam is right up my alley; bump it up to MG status for some enhanced articulation and detail and I’d grab that faster than a backhand slap from Bright Noa himself.
on that side note, tho…
time to go re-watch me some Turn A…[Read more]
i like the design, but as a gunpla kit, the freedom seems very fiddly. that backpack just feels like it has too much going on…
kinda like ryan!! congrats man; best of luck with the new fatherhood mayhem double edition! looking forward to a triumphant return to GPTV once things’ve gotten settled in with the new family life; until then,…[Read more]

awesome 200th, Gunpla TV team; the festivities were much enjoyed!! the blooper segments lol’d me especially hard. good times, and congrats to the winners!
Two twin oh, bro; I’m game! Can’t give you guys enough props for all the hard work that you’ve poured into bringing us Gunpla TV all these years; been watching since ’13 and will keep watching til the day you guys grow beards, get weird and disappear into the mountains (then again, i might be the one to do that first…). Congrats, Syd and Ryan!…[Read more]
Delphine? There can only be one thing that dominates my mind when thinking of that particular mech; the claymore springboard counterattack. That one scene is still one of the most memorable moments of any anime i’ve ever seen. Epic…
whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!
no longer a psycho frame; that’s a seizure frame!
too cool; hope you’ll show us what how it looks once everything is fully assembled.
bet that light show’s gonna look awesome dancing under some rx-0 armor…
thanks for posting! been wondering about this kit since i saw the pre-order for it go up earlier in the year; couldn’t make up my mind whether i wanted to grab one or not. after seeing this post, i don’t think i’ll be disappointed if i go ahead and order one now. thanks again!
Gotta be RX-78 2.0 for me. there’s no doubt that it looks more cartoonish than most of the other mg RX-78 variations, but i’m pretty sure its also one of the most accurate representations of how the rx-78 originally looked when it first appeared way back when; that’s why 2.0 gets my vote
mecha pantsu! on a scale of 1 to wtf’s wrong with me, i wonder what it means to be 28 and still not mature enough to not be amused by that. oh well, amusement aside, i do dig the ‘mecha musume’ genre and that super fumina kit does seem pretty cool for what it is; not sure about the maid outfit, though. right now i find myself more favoring the…[Read more]
nice kit, nice weathering…
subtle and fitting for the implied operational environment. one of the first times i’ve seen (or maybe just simply noticed) an example of using metallics to give the effect of paint wearing through to bare metal. definitely looks good against the darker colors of the ecoas jegan
thanks for sharing!
story time!
i didn’t know you guys existed five years ago and had been disconnected from my interest in gundam for several years already prior to that. then my job moved me to okinawa where i couldn’t help but notice all the gundam goodness that seemed to catch my eye somewhere along the way almost every time i went out and about. eventually i…[Read more]
syd rocking that sickness mask fashion; classic japanese. i salute you and your efforts to deliver the joys of gunpla to our flickering screens of interweb despite your ailment, and to proving that humanity’s capacity to show consideration to others is not quite dead yet. hope to see you better in the next episode, and thanks to Anna and Lindsay…[Read more]
woke up on a random rock in the north atlantic covered in cows and cow poo; goin to bed in the kingdom of unitedness. finally escaped back to something resembling civilization! now i just gotta wait for my models to catch up with me so i can look at them every day like i was doing before and come up with another reason why i “can’t” make any…[Read more]
maybe its just me, but every time i see the barbatos from the upcoming iron blooded orphans series, it reminds me of the regilus from gundam age. its something about the way the yellow is incorporated into the look of the suit… i can’t quite put my finger on how best to describe it, but the effect seems unique compared any other mobile suit…[Read more]
idea: customized Bandai Starwars kit of the red beatbox storm trooper in the last segment of Gunpla TV’s Expo Video…
