I’lld love to tick off a Armored Core kit on the types of kit I need to build. Can I guess they are the standard kotobukiya kit affair? Not sure which kit I should start with though.

I have wanted to pick this up myself if I can ever find it in stock. Loved the look of it in For Answer, but is there a lot of work that needs to be done for the minor detailing? I have never done an AC kit, so I don’t know how they stack up against something like an MG Gundam kit, but looking at it makes me think that it would be worth it either way.
In term of construction is more of NG/ HG from what i remember but the one i have use pearl coating which don’t look all that great. Also keep in mind that the normal ver (without the VOB included) have some grey parts to break up the white only AC while Movie ver is almost all white.
In the 7 or so years since Koto started the line this is the only AC build I’ve actually finished. Lit the cameras in the head as well as the thrusters (but there’s some wiring I left unfinished for the thrusters so I’ve just been displaying it with the head lit) You can see more information about the build on my site.
When Koto started their AC kit line I was pretty psyched.
