    Hey Syd and Ryan,
Do you think MG Unicorn kit has been over used? Like we got the Version Ka, OVA, Banshee, Full Armor, Phoenix (or whatever you want to call him) and we all know that Banshee Norn will come out at some point.

    • Well to be fair, The Strike Gundam has FAR more kits then the Unicorn does. Despite them being variants, they’re still all the Strike Gundam. No MS is over used in kits when you look at things like that.

    • Yeah Bandai themselves don’t know how to spell it yet XD they have been doing Phenex, Fenex, and Phoenix in official marketing materials. Also the new Gundam series is Build Strike and there are variants of build strike, which you could say are also variants of Strike gundam xD

    • before the norn we’ll get a titanium of golden boy(not even gonna try to name it haha, anyways over used or not it seems fans want these variations and if there’s a demand for it then I say why not give it to the people if it’s profitable that is, since I don’t expect them to take a loss giving us these things. That said it’d be nice to see some more varied kits too, like maybe even some of their more neglected franchises, Bandai does after all own some rather nice ones with amazing designs and can license others. personally I’d love if they released Xenosaga kits, but they also own Power Rangers and maybe that’s gotten repetitive and it was always kiddy to begin with but there must be like a hundred zords they could do by now.

      • There are model kits for the Super Sentai(the series that power rangers chops footage from) mecha. I’ve seen kits for each mecha that Comprises Gosei great, Go-Buster oh, and Gokai-oh. They’re rather small and simple kits that you have to tear the box apart to see the instructions. And when you buy and assemble all of the little mecha, they transform to combine into their respected Gattai forms(what they call mega zords in the US). Personally, I would love to try an find a set of them for Mighty Shogun from Kakuranger, but I don’t think they have any for him.

        • well I actually meant more like master grades but as for those Super Sentai ones are those by Bandai even or just licenced out to someone else? Other companies do some good stuff too but so far I think only Bandai is giving really good color separation for the parts, on the other hand Kotobukiya seems to be putting out most of the good non gundam stuff, for instance they have Megaman kits and a kit for the Metal Gear Rex, as well as Armored Core, and I think zoids is theirs too, and various others, but even with them out there I’d like to see Bandai’s take on a lot of those same kits.

          • The sentai minipla are all bandai kits. As far as anything MG, all you’re going to get there is Kamen Rider, but that’s not a negative thing at all lol.
