WIP #1 Today I started with the chest and head. What I do first before anything is wash up the parts; I head on a youtube video once that it helps to clean off any of the factory chemicals left over. While I’m not quite sure how truthful it is, I do it anyway. For the chest I had to compare it to the show model and a few other images on the internet that seemed accurate. the yellow collar was particularly hard due to the tiny parts of color I had to fill in with the gundam marker (yes I know, gundam markers aren’t the best but I do with what I have.) I’m very proud of the head and all the detail I was able to give it. I panel lined it like crazy and even did the eyes up with various markers and I think it turned out pretty well. For all of the clear parts, I made sure to use red and green sharpie to get rid of the lame clear it would have left us with and on top of that I added the original stickers to the head.
