Beginner Modeler – Modeling Competition 2013. 9 years, 4 months ago My 3rd WIP of MG 00 Qan[T] R arm armor. I don’t know if we can call this a WIP. Only 1 picture and I forgot to take pictures of the actual progress of this piece. This is my kit’s R arm armor. I scribed both sides with panel lines using metal template but didn’t taped it so the panel was a bit rough. I just discovered lately that there is a tape you can use so you can scribe better such as dymo. I also placed here some metal screws. My first piece ever scribed and with metal mod. I hope it’s not that bad. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

what brand gloss and matt topcoat did you use? I’ve been trying to find some locally but not much luck.
I bought most of my stuffs online. I’m using Mr hobby gloss and matt topcoat spray cans. I really don’t know where I can find locally since most of the hobby shops in my area are for RC, trains and etc.

Thanks! You are already painting your kits and I still have to learn that. I don’t have much time with painting because of work but I’ll get there. But for now, natural color with flat topcoat, panels and metal mods.
Ahhh, I see. I thought you were already painting your kits. I assume you’re going to use the stickers for the eyes? Still, well done.
