Intermediate Modeler – Modeling Competition 2013 9 years, 4 months ago WIP No.7: The core so far…added rust..rust streaks and shading to the main core..done with the head aswell and some more parts of the body..a few more parts not added yet tho..anyways here it is 😛

That is freaking awesome, I can’t achieve that level of small detail with my 1/144 Gunpla kits. Rust, dirt; all I do is dry brush everything on! hahaha.
Thank you sir 🙂 …but im sure you can do this even better..you just need time and more kits to build..the more kits you build the more things you learn..just dont stop doing it 🙂 doing the right dry brushing is hard alrdy the fact that you can do it your half way there 🙂 just experiment and you can do better than this 🙂

My weathering skills haven’t improved by a whole lot, but I did learn to control the amount of paint to use and wipe, painting Warhammer 40k figs pays off, I guess.

Important thing is you did learn , time is the only enemy im sure you will improve again after another kit 🙂 I love warhammer but havnt tried one yet and yes thats a very good background specialy for higlights and shading 🙂 again thank you sir im glad you guys like it 🙂
