He didnt use Tamiya silver. he used testor silver. and i dissagree with your statment. i did a candy coated Marasai in red and blue using Tamayia silver leaf and it came out amazing. especially if you use a gloss black enamel then, the silver, then the clear color

yup, actually i ment to say testors not tamiya silver. my bad. and ya if applied over a good gloss black then tamiya silver leaf works good.
