Just another update before I do more subtle weathering, flatcoating, and adding the waterslides. I’m not willing to drill holes here and there, because Crossbone X2 is really designed as a close-combat unit. In order to achieve what I have so far, I moved around all the joints without topcoating. This achieves natural paint chipping. After, I brushed on artificial edge-wear with a fine-tip brush.

From the back, you can see that I haven’t finished the back yet. I also am planning to replace the hands, for the simple fact that these manipulators are terrible. Additionally, Bandai should have engineered the shot lance better so the unit can hold it without sticky tack. 🙁

P.S. Anyone who’s played SDGONA may have encountered me with this suit (in the same color scheme)!
