Got bored and started playing with my entry. Since the canopy would look wierd with an led in there, i am going to try a different route. Sprayed some fluorescent orange very thin on the clear orange canopy. Placed over a uv led, it lights the whole piece. I’ll be using some smd’s and it definitely needs some resistance, but the test worked out nicely.

  Fluorescent colored paints & UV light; one of my oldest and most favorite combos.

    I painted up my pg zaku with fluorescent paints before but this time i’m wiring a uv smd into the cockpit so it will glow in regular lighting. No need for external lighting. I thought i already had some but i was mistaken, i am waiting on an order of uv’s.
