Haven’t had much time to touch my MG Exia this past week due to being busy with work as well as doing some things around the house. Fortunately the weather cleared up for a bit so I was able to squeeze in putting a top coat here on my RG Zaku II that I finished sometime last month.

I was worried doing the stickers, and though I did lose 3 or 4 of them, I still found doing them was quite fun. The really small silver and gold foil stickers seem to lose their luster quickly so I think I would try using paint or gundam marker next time for those stickers.

The only real trouble I have had with the kit is the head of the Zaku II. The small “snout” at the front and the armor piece holding in the tubing/wires in the back love to fall off so you have to be careful when positioning the head.

Overall, I’m really happy I built this as my first RG. It was a great build overall (minus the weather delay, lol) and is a very nice and detailed looking kit. I can’t wait to build the RG Aile Strike now once I get this MG Exia done. 🙂
