RG Freedom Gundam finished finally 😛
Can’t really fault this kit too much. It surprised me how skinny he was. Feels more solid than the Aile Strike I just built, mostly in the hips, but not up to the standard of the Mk2 Titans I did before that. Loving RG at the moment!
Mine is always leaning backwards. I can’t get him to stand properly unless one of the wings touchs the ground. The lower blue fins always pop off so it’s difficult to get him in the position like in your first photo. But once you get it, it looks awesome.
I was having problems with the fins being loose, but I just made sure the fins were sandwiched together tight and they’re fine now.
I’m not having any problems standing him though? With all back heavy kits, I just make sure I plant them so they’re heel is flat at all times while I adjust their position.
I tried to sandwich the fins but it doesn’t help the became loose and sometimes fall off. Maybe I should just glue them but then i can’t spread it….
Oh ok. If it were me, I would probably give the insides a top coat to help make the connections tighter. Failing that, I’d look for the loose connection and give it a light coat of glue then let that dry before reconnecting.
