Im in need of some help. Im in the final steps to finishing my PG 00 Raiser i’ve done some panel lining on the white areas of the kit but im stuck in the gray’sh parts. What colors could I use to give it some pop even thought it might be covered by the rest of he kit?

That panel linining pencil is actually pretty good for dark areas. Gives off that “metallic” look. http://www.hlj.com/product/GNZGP01/Sup
Though it may just be me. I have it and I use it for light AND dark colours the same as it gives the grayish look on the light, white, gray etc and that silverish look on darker spots. But get a second opinion before buying first. It may or may not be what you’re looking for.
