Begemot isn’t correct about locations of some decals. I followed reference photos of the actual aircraft. Notably, the large star marking on the vertical stabilizers and small star markings on the topside and underside of the winds, and & the navy flags on the sides of the forward fuselage. Begemot instructions differ. However, some reference photos show all 6 star markings are the same size. Hasegawa’s su-33 marking guide, available online, is correct as least for #80.

Also, I didn’t buy stencil decals, but used Hasegawa’s Ace Combat ones. Totally slipped my mind.

Next steps would be further touch-up and weathering.
