well im posting this on the remote chance i will actually finish it.
I chose this kit over sazabi or the origin guntank purely as i always wanted a robotech (yes i know) SDF toy when i was a kid, subjected to reruns of old cartoons on a saturday morning. The first hint i was over my head was when i had to wait till the next day to start as I need to go shopping to find some bloody glue….bandai you have spoilt me! The second hint was paint. I have only ever painted one other kit and I live 400km from the nearest hobby shop. To the fanboys out there I’m making do with spray cans from the local auto shop so it wont be exact. The kit is alot smaller than I thought but I’m getting some nice panel detail though. I’ve stupidly attempted to teach myself electronics to put lights in it, but this post already is too long so i’ll save that till next time (lots of stuff ups)
