Phase 1 parts are done, Phase 2 have been primed, painted, coated, and panel lined. Next is the detail pieces, wings, and then weapons.

Hit a big issue with the RG frame and gundam markers. Yep, they do cause the plastic to become brittle and fall apart so at some point I need to receive ANOTHER RG to replace just the frame. And then detail that.

I’m hoping if I do finish in the allotted time frame, my kit gets bumped to a higher category.

  No need to hope for a bump up, you can choose yourself to enter it into a category you feel is right and leave it to the judges!
