This is not gunpla and not the regular snap fit models I’m used to either. Plastic cement is required at every step so there’s much less room for undoing assembly mistakes. This will definitely be a challenge. Even though the instructions suggest it’s the car from the first movie, the chassis has the the option to rotate the wheels out and down like the second movie and there are “Mr Fusion” decals included. I’m hoping that maybe I can build the flying version instead of the one with the lightning hook.

Second picture is my progress for the first day. Had to stop because the plastic cement I was using wasn’t working that well on the chromed inner rims of the wheels. And the only other strong glue I had on hand has a 24 hour curing period.
