Iron-Blooded Orphans discussion 7 years, 6 months ago I love how the basis of the story for IBO is based off the list of 72 demons in the Ars Goetia and how they kinda base the attributes somewhat on the individual demons on the list. I wonder if they will come out with a Baal MS as it is #1 on the list.
Someone even mentioned that the whole concept of the Ahab reactor is based on King Ahab (a king of Israel who had something to do with demons . . .) and how evil he was.
Really neat that they are drawing part of the storyline from history! 😀

I read that too! Definitely cool, though I wonder just how much inspiration they will draw from the lore of the demons. The descriptions of the Barbatos demon don’t exactly sound like the Barbatos Gundam, but maybe it will develop that way.
BTW, in the second ep, see if you can spot the demon symbol for Barbatos. It’s stylized differently, but it’s definitely it.
