The shipping fee for the EX-S (costs more than the kit itself) turned me off a couple of times already. It’s still one of the top five kits I’d like to get. I’ve built the G-Cannon myself. It’s a pretty decent looking kit considering it’s age and quality. I love the retro sci-fi design and the “bunny ears” that were so popular back in the first half of the 90’s. Painted properly it doesn’t look half as bad.
Well the shipment is only 800 yen lower than the kit itself (if you go with EMS). But if you go with SAL the price goes way high. About the G-Cannon. Just did the quick check build. It will require lots of work to make it even look decent. On the bright side Cannon Magma comes with all the parts to make either F-90 G-Canon (no bunny ears), F-91 G-Canon and F91B G-Canon. The kit is smaller than HGUC S-Gundam ^^
