Did you sand up those legs? It’s a nice way to get a dirtied up matte effect, but if you’re gonna sand. You should doing lining first and then sanding. It helps blend in the panel lines for a cleaner look.
No I have not done any sanding on any of my model kits before. I have only been doing models for about 1 year now so still learning a lot of various techniques. Thank you for the advice and ill give it a look!
If you’re going to try sanding, I recommend you use a high grit sand paper. Maybe 320 grit or 400 grit. Another way to make the panel lines cleaner is to rub them down with a Q-Tip, or use rubbing alcohol, or paint thinner.

Thanks I will give the Q-Tip a go since it doesn’t require me to run out to the store right now.
