What are you building? 8 years, 2 months ago Hi guys. So I bought the RG Exia Trans-am Gloss Injection kit and before I build it, I wanted to know some great tips on building this kind of kit.I am usually the kind of person who gets rid of nubs trough sanding but, since this is a glossed kit, I can’t sand it for I will remove the gloss if I do.
Do any of you have tips or experience building a gloss/extra finish kit?

I’ve built this kit and my recommendation is sharp cutters utilizing the two cut method. Also several new razor blades and steady hands. I just try to take off as little as possible with each pass of the razor. I used an x-acto blade with pretty good results.
On a side note don’t be to disappointed with the color of the GN cables, the promo art is a bit misleading. I managed to recreate the bright red with some sharpie and careful application
