I’m working on a 1/144 GM III fro ZZ Gundam. I’ve done battle damage on a kit before, but this is my first attempt at making one in the process of being damaged in mid-battle. It still has a long way to go, but what do you all think so far?
i like the damage and it looks great. One thing is catching my eye though, the yellow in the shield still looks “plasticy” to me. might be the angle of the picture, because the yellow on the chest and neck seem fine. otherwise great work
Taking a short break from the Gundam Wing display.
I decided to dust this kit off and start putting it together. I’ve built 3 1/144 zaku kits together only to end up disappointed in the job I did. Finally taking a crack at the MG, I have to say I’m loving the progress I’ve made so far!

Instead of making multiple displays with the 7 Machine Nest sets I have, I decided to make one large background for my eventual Zero Vs. Epyon display.

Thanks for the input and complement! I’ll probably do a bit more weathering on that part of the shield, hopefully that helps sell it a bit more.
GM 3 is my all time favorite GM great kit!
