What are you building? 9 years, 1 month ago Half way finishing the 03 Gundam Unicorn fenix by the way this is my first MG I’ve ever built even though I’ve never experience with water slide decals, any tips will make me happy >.<
Nice..you only need these items when using watersilde
1. scissor to cut waterslide
2. a toothpick
3. cotton swab
4. a tray of warm water
5. tweezers
instruction
1. Cut the waterslide to be use
2. put in warm water for 5-10 second
3. take out the waterslide
4. slide the waterslide using toothpick
5. Dab the waterslide slowly to suck the water.
6. if need to reposition jus wet the cotton swab and dab while softly reposition the waterslide.
7. Don’t rush when using waterslide or they might tear apart.
I usually take 1-2 hours when applying waterslide. If u’re goin to topcoat it spray lightly first and after dry spray again for final coat. Hope this help. You can search youtube for more tutorials.
Forgot to mention if its me I would left the decals out on this kit..its to beautiful to spoil it with decals
