I decided to show this step by step for those who are thinking of doing the same design on their WIP.

1. Cut a small strip of pla plate
2. Label your pla plate with lines as to the size of what you are planning
3. Cut pla plates (i am using 0.5mm pla plates so i just simply use my hobby knife but sometimes it is best to use a scriber)
4. Cut smaller pla plates to be used as cushion in between pla plates
5. Use plastic cement to smoosh them together
6. Voila a heatsink, clean up with a file and sanding paper
