I separated the front skirt as i wasnt a fan of the original design on the io frame shidan. The original side skirts limited articulation quite a bit, as well as they were created nasty stress marks. I separated them by gently cutting the skirt apart a 3 points and then using some pla plate to complete the edges.

The next thing i did was add some articulation to the gerail booster. I did this by sawing the booster apart and adding some pla plate as walls to make the pieces look complete. I then drilled the pieces, and inserted a nail polish thickened runner peice. And voila! A simple joint!

I successfully attached the gerails awesome booster with minial resistance and attached the killer beak pack. I absolutely love the kotobukiya killer beak wings. I’ve had this exact custom in mind when i originally ordered them.

So, the next thing i will be doing is removing the seamlines and filling some areas of the accessories in with putty.
