Completed Gunpla/Models 8 years, 5 months ago NG 1/144 Zaku Tank.
Finnaly got some decent photos of the zaku. Most of the build could be seen in the “what are you building?” group so no lenghty explanation. Things i liked about this kit: great for its age, require some work to make it look good.
Things i dislike: hard to paint since the construction of the kit made it hard to do the color separations.
Things i would like to fix in the future builds…. Better seamlines removal. Now that i look at the power cables i wish i did a better job at them (heck I forgot to do some of them at all). Overall i love those old kits. You can mess with them a lot and improve your skills. Wish HLJ had some old kits from my wish list available.
And a little bonus of the Kapool holding zaku tank hostage ^^

Wow, turned out really nice! The aging looks really well. Seems like it is in business for many years. Love the hostage photo. It even looks like there is a expression on the Zaku Tank, like:”Huh? What the hell happened? How did I get in this situation?” LOL. Great job!!!
To be honest i fell like i overdid a “bit” on the tank part. I’m more satisfied with how the zaku part of the tank turned up especially if i compare it to the bottom part – texturing for it feels very weak.
