As you know Japan was hit by an earthquake causing large amounts of damage to multiple prefectures and triggering a tsunami that has left major cities in rubble. Sano Prefecture where HobbyLink Japan is located has been relatively untouched besides some minor damage to our building and some of our products. No more then 5 minutes ago as I wrote this very post our building was shaking as we got hit by yet another small earthquake. Japan is bracing itself for an expected 7.0 earthquake in the coming days.
Below are some photos of what our office and warehouse looked like after the massive 8.9 earthquake.
Luckily no one was injured and only a handful of our products were damaged, in most cases it was just the product packaging itself that was left with a dent or a rip.
We wish Japan and the families who have lost everything a speedy recovery and we are thankful we escaped lightly.

Gald you are all safe!
Seems like everyone was a bit stressed after the quake.
Scott was quick on dishing out orders in a calm manner. 😀
A lot of clearing up it seems.
Also, probably a lot of Scratch and dents sale? .-.
