Level 75 Marketing Mage. Editor, admin, and occasional code monkey. Stand User in her free time. Though she does build kits when time allows, time doesn't allow often. Her favorite lines are Hasegawa's Mechatro WeGo line, Meng's World War Toons Pinky line, and weird miscellany like Platz's bonsai tree kits. In general, if it's a detailed miniature that's too small to be useful for anything other than taking up space, she'll probably love it.

  19. Yeah! Third Place – Beginners 🙂 Congrats to all the winners and to everyone who participated. Currently browsing through all the entries in the Intermediate and Advanced category and there were some amazing works there. Thanks on behalf of all beginners for the effort you put on these. As someone who just got started experimenting with hand-painting they are all a great source of inspiration.

  23. I’m trying to delete my rude comment. It seems like editing comments is not a capability of this website, or am I going crazy?

Oh well I guess my rude comment can’t be erased, and forgotten from my mind…….

  24. Is there a chance, that you can create a plattform, that shows all the entries? See, I don’t care about winning or not, but I spend far over 100 hours on my build and in the end noone even sees it. That is what drives a modeller.. to build something to be displayed. So people can look at it and say wow… the looks and the reactions of the viewers thats the only reward needed. And then they can judge for their own, who is their favorite.
Sure you can see everything in the groups, but there is a lot of talking and scrolling. Just an overview of the entries. One pic with name that links to the little 8 pic gallery of the entered pictures.
    That would be just great.

    • That’s a great suggestion.. Love to see all the entries… I could be wrong but I thought Ryan mentioned doing that in one of the shows too.

    • It’s a good idea and we’ll take it into consideration, but please understand that there were hundreds of entries. I’m not sure if this is feasible or not, but we’ll keep that thought in mind.

      Reply
    • I’m happy to say that we’ll be adding posts that feature all of the qualified entries, after all, but it will take a few days to compile. I’ll be sure to signal boost as much as possible once they’re up so everyone can see them.
