Petitrits Avenger Jeanne d’Arc Alter Unboxing

Petitrits Avenger Jeanne d'Arc (Alter) (Fate/Grand Order)

Avenger Jeanne d’Arc (Alter) is the third entry in the new Petitrits lineup of model kits from Bandai. Just to recap, the Petitrits line features chibi-style character kits that are snapfit and don’t need any paint. So far, the only kits in the series are from the “Fate” game series.

The Box

As with the previous boxes, Bandai outlines how easy the kit is to assemble, presumably for “Fate” fans who may have never built a model kit before.

On the site, we get some nice previews of the kit. Jeanne Alter includes her iconic flag and a fancy clear red plastic base.

We’ve got articulation on the neck, shoulders, elbows, and legs, which is pretty good for such a small kit.

The other side of the box shows the kit’s approximate size: 10cm tall.

The Runners

A: Off-white (hair), flesh tone (skin), black, clear red (base)

B: Grey (with a blue tone to it)

And the stickers. This is quite a big sheet! The stickers will mostly be used for the flag, and it’s interesting that Bandai has made the background of the flag and the designs on it separate. This means you can design the flag however you want, even if you prefer drawing on the background sticker by hand!

Her favorite lines are Hasegawa's Mechatro WeGo line, Meng's World War Toons Pinky line, and weird miscellany like Platz's bonsai tree kits. In general, if it's a detailed miniature that's too small to be useful for anything other than taking up space, she'll probably love it.
