Depends on the clear stickers. Some, like those included with the RG line and the 2012 SEED MGs, look pretty good, others look pretty bad. Definitely make sure that you thoroughly was your hands before applying them; they attract any and all dirt/ink/plastic-shavings/etc. that they come into contact with. Honestly, I’d skip them on the WZC.
I have the standalone pack. I compared the plates to Dalong.net’s images of the old Sword/Launcher Strike out of curiosity. The decals are different, but I think that the plates are the same, as I didn’t notice any discrepancies between the plates included in the standalone pack and those of the old kit.
So wait a minute, the Sinanju actually sits inside of that thing? So Full Frontal sits in the Sinanju, and the Sinanju sits in that? It’s a Gundam inside a Gundam. lol But christ is that thing massive.
I love the way the Neo Zeong looks, i just hope it has to ditch the tanks somewhere after it gets to the fight. Never a fan of that look. Kind of makes me think they basically took all the remaining spare parts from the MA’s over the years and put them together.
To be perfectly honest, I was already kind of leaning in that direction, since I’m really excited about the Cosmic Era kit that I ordered. Of course my MG GX (MG #60) is also in that order, so the anticipation is killing me.
I’m growing more optimistic that when Bryan Cranston said they would wipe the memory of GINO from people’s minds, he wasn’t joking. It looks like Godzilla! Dear lord, it looks like Godzilla! No more…[Read more]
I’m super excited to go and see it. Though I have to convince my wife of it first. But honestly I actually liked the 98′ Godzilla. Yes it wasn’t really true Godzilla’s history, but I enjoyed it. As I do most other Godzilla movies.
I happen to remember that song, along with the music videos and the in-depth look at the animatronics used for the Turtle suits. Looked like a cyborg control suit inside, haha.
I’m only a few colors away from a full-on Ninja Turtle Kampfer and I didn’t realize it during the color planning phase. Already got red and purple represented…
That’s what I don’t like about this place. It’s a massive pain to find old threads. The multitude of pictures in particular can bury a thread pretty quickly.
Actually, I may have something to keep me busy other than model kits (finished most of em…still waiting for that part to come in for Loftwing…backordered)…
^should be: ” . . . I can count the number of bad cuts on one hand.” This is out of over 80 fully assembled kits (most of which are Master Grades with hundreds, if not thousands, of opportunities to screw up per kit).
I’ve always used a good old hobby knife to remove nubs, and I count the bad slices on cuts on one hand. I wrap the four fingers on my dominant hand around the blade and then use them to pull the blade towards the same hand’s thumb, while holding the part with my off hand. This gives me much more control over the final product than sanding does,…[Read more]

I’m currently working on a MG Age kit, and I’m trying to decide what I’ll do for the next one. I have several kits already on hand or due to arrive in the next week or so (to say nothing of my massive Private Warehouse stash which will be shipped in a month or so). What I want to know is should my next Master Grade be from 00, Cosmic Era, or the…[Read more]

Cool, thanks for the advice, guys. I’ll order some custom waterslides. Accuracy be damned! It’s MY model kit! 🙂
