To answer your second question, nope, I haven’t yet seen a RD Gundam with a open cockpit. I have heard that some Knightmare Frames have opening cockpit hatches though (and some other non gundam related toys) They’re pretty uncommon.

*UPDATE* okay i was recently playing the free to play flight sim war thunder and i saw that one of the planes available for purchase was a P-47 thunderbolt in german wwII luftwafte colors, so naturally i thought that i could do that. Also there is a F-4U corsair in imperial japanese colors

I build Frame Arms myself and collected few so far. I havent started yet but I do have problem with SA-17 Rapiere (already build) shoulder articulation because of its armor design. while it wasn’t as fun as Gunpla, the latest products of Frame Arms looks promising especially the Extend Arms.
